It is only natural for us to provide service & warranty with our products. All our products are High performance Luxury quality products! And we are proud to be able to offer our clients these products online. We are therefore doing our best to ensure you are a satisfied customer!
Service
From the day you received your order you have a 14-day guarantee period. Products can be returned to us within this period, after which the buying agreement will be considered to be final. Also see Returns below.
Warranty
All products are luxury quality products and are manufactured and packaged with the greatest care. We are official Handbag Hooker distributor and are in direct contact with the manufacturer.
In the unlikely event of you receiving a damaged, defective or incorrect items, please contact our Customer Service immediately! Depending on the situation we will find a suitable solution.
Returns
You have a 14 day Guarantee to decide whether to keep or return the product!
Our 14-day returns guarantee means that you have 14 days to decide whether to keep or return the product, commencing from date of delivery. After these 14 days the buying agreement will be final.
Items can only be returned to us for replacement without any charges if it concerns damaged, defective or incorrect itmes and only within 14 days after the delivery date. You do however first have to contact our customer service about this!
In all other cases concering replacement (or exchange) of items all delivery as well as returning costs will be charged. Items can only be returned within 14 days from the date you received the item - (with all seals and shrink-wrap intact). You have to inform our customer service about the return first.
Returns only
If you should be unhappy with your order and would want to return it to us without having the items replaced, you can only do so within the 14 days guarantee period. Please contact our customer service about this. Delivery and returning costs will be deducted from the refund.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items can only be returned free-of-charge if they are to be replaced. In case of return only, delivery as well as returning costs will be deducted from the refund.
Please Note!
We will only accept returned items that are not damaged or defective: if they are - with all seals and shrink-wrap intact! If products are damanged this has to be brought to the immediate attention of the delivery person (if possible), as well as to our customer service without delay. We will then of course offer you a suitable solution.
